The film was announced on 8 February 2022. Principal photography began in January 2023, with filming taking place at various locations across Mumbai, Scotland, London, Luton, Abu Dhabi, and Jordan. The soundtrack album is composed by Vishal Mishra, while Julius Packiam composed the background score, with Marcin Laskawiec as the cinematographer, and Steven H. Bernard as the editor. The visual effects are handled by DNEG.
Initially scheduled for a December 2023 release, the film is now scheduled for theatrical release on 10 April 2024, coinciding with Eid.
